Welcome to REDS AI Academy. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") explain the rules for using our website, platform, Mentors, Super Troopers, Future Pulse briefings, Creator Journeys, and related services (together, the "Services"). Please read them carefully.
By using our website, creating an account, subscribing to any REDS service, or otherwise accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
You must be at least 16 years of age, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction to enter into these Terms, to use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

Our Services may evolve over time. We may add, change, or retire features as the platform develops.
Our Mentors and Super Troopers use artificial intelligence to generate guidance, suggestions, drafts, and other content. Please keep the following in mind:
You may submit project information, ideas, prompts, documents, business material, or other creative content while using the Services ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to process it solely as needed to provide the Services to you - for example, passing your input to an AI Mentor to generate a response. You confirm that you have the right to submit any User Content you provide, and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
You agree not to use the Services to:

REDS AI Academy owns or licenses the website design, branding, platform systems, Mentor and Super Trooper structures, prompts, templates, workflow designs, training materials, and other original content that makes up the Services. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit REDS-owned materials without our written permission.
Certain features of REDS AI Academy may be offered free of charge, while others may require payment, including recurring subscriptions. Where paid features apply:

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate REDS AI Academy, including for hosting, AI processing, automation, email delivery, data storage, payments, and analytics. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or failures of these third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Services at any time, perform maintenance, change content or workflows, or introduce new services. While we aim to keep the Services running smoothly, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, security risks, non-payment, abuse of the platform, or conduct that may harm REDS, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Services or request account closure at any time.
The Services are provided on an "as available" basis, to the extent permitted by law. We do not exclude any legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law, including any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, REDS AI Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from your use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
You agree to be responsible for any loss, cost, or claim arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, content you submit, or your infringement of any third party's rights, to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the courts of South Australia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or business practices. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
