• Name and email address, when you register for an account or subscribe to Future Pulse
• Login credentials (your password is stored in encrypted/hashed form and is never visible to us in plain text)
• Project details, creative content, or business information you submit while working with a Mentor or Super Trooper
• Any messages, feedback, or support requests you send us

Information collected automatically

• Session cookies used to keep you securely logged in while using the platform
• Basic technical information such as browser type, device type, and general usage patterns, used to keep the site working correctly and to improve it

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account, and to provide access to our Mentors, Super Troopers, and AI-powered services
• To deliver Future Pulse briefings to subscribed users
• To operate, maintain, and improve the platform and its features
• To respond to support requests, questions, or feedback
• To maintain the security of your account and the platform as a whole

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. How Information Is Shared

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate REDS AI Academy. These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually or operationally required to protect it appropriately:

• Hosting infrastructure - to run our website and applications
• Automation and workflow tools (including n8n) - to power AI Mentor workflows and content pipelines such as Future Pulse
• Data storage tools (where applicable, such as Airtable) - to organize and manage certain operational data
• Artificial Intelligence providers - to generate responses, assist with mentoring, and power platform features. Information submitted during AI interactions may be securely processed as part of providing requested services
• Email delivery providers - to send Future Pulse briefings, account notifications, newsletters, and Academy communications

We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

We use a small number of essential cookies required for core site functionality - primarily to keep you securely logged in. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

We retain your information for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to provide you services. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required for legal, security, or legitimate business record-keeping purposes.

Project content and creative work you save within your workspace remains stored there until you delete it or close your account. We do not access this content directly. To protect work you want to keep secure - especially before publishing it - we recommend downloading it to your device regularly and removing it from your workspace once you no longer need it stored there.

You may contact us at any time to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal information
• Unsubscribe from Future Pulse or other email communications at any time

7. Children's Privacy

REDS AI Academy is intended for business owners, creators, and adult learners. Our services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted password storage and secure session handling. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is guaranteed to be 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
