Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy helps maintain a safe, respectful, and productive environment
for everyone using REDS AI Academy. It explains how the platform may and may not be used.
1. Purpose
This policy helps keep REDS AI Academy safe, respectful, and productive for everyone -
users, our team, and the wider community. Please read it alongside our Terms &
Conditions.
2. Lawful Use
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using REDS AI Academy.
3. Respectful Behaviour
You must not, in your use of the platform:
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users or REDS representatives
- Discriminate against or abuse others
- Impersonate another user or a REDS representative
4. User Content
You may only submit content that you have the legal right to use. You must not submit
content that:
- Infringes copyright
- Violates someone's privacy
- Is fraudulent
- Is defamatory
- Promotes unlawful activity
5. AI Services
You must not:
- Manipulate platform security
- Abuse AI systems
- Deliberately generate illegal, fraudulent, malicious, or harmful content
- Attempt to bypass platform safeguards
- Overload or intentionally disrupt platform services
- Use AI Mentors or Super Troopers to generate content that falsely impersonates a real person or organisation, including fabricated statements, reviews, endorsements, communications, or other material likely to mislead others - this applies to public figures, private individuals, businesses, organisations, and other real entities
6. Platform Security
You must not:
- Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform
- Test for vulnerabilities
- Distribute malware
- Interfere with platform operation
- Access another user's account
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without our written permission
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, suspensions, usage limits, or other platform controls
7. Commercial Misuse
Without our written permission, you must not:
- Resell REDS services
- Redistribute REDS materials
- Reverse engineer proprietary workflows
- Copy Mentor or Super Trooper systems
- Reproduce proprietary prompts or templates
8. Enforcement
REDS AI Academy may, where reasonably necessary to protect the platform and its users:
- Remove content
- Suspend accounts
- Terminate accounts
- Report unlawful activity to relevant authorities
- Take other reasonable action to protect the platform and its users
9. Changes
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Any revised version will be
posted here with an updated effective date.
